Camara Dance Unlimited Youth Group seeks to provide an alternative venue for youth to learn and develop the skills to become an artist and/or to create art, to provide a risk-free environment for young people to create and discover themselves -- to develop a strong sense of self, and to help nurture social and communication skills.

Young people struggle with issues of identity, independence, competency and social role. Camara Dance Unlimited Youth Group (CDUYG) hopes to mitigate this confusion through theatre, dance/movement, rehearsal and performance. Through these activities CDUYG teaches discipline and teamwork, and gives its members the opportunity to explore issues that affect young people.

CDUYG members are high school students ages 7 – 14.
